Great to get real cotton linen / sheets, very unusual and appreciated. We had a great time, thanks.
We could spend a wonderful time in this perfectly equipped and very spacious house in a lovely setting. Our highligths were the sunny sitting room, the ample garden with its unusual rocks and the view of the lake from the first floor. Waterville “city” with restaurants and grocery stores is only a short walk away. Though Beenbane Lodge is an excellent starting point for all kind of Kerry-trips you won’t be keen to leave it
Enjoyed so much, the sceneries , the Irish people and the beaches and the Irish weather : having the possibility to stay in such a beautiful house, even enjoyed the days when it rained. Thanks for everything
We had a wonderful time in Beenbane Lodge, this house is very comfortable and we had a lovely welcome from Marian. While Paris was suffering from another heat wave this summer, we could enjoy typical Irish weather, more humid than dry ! The region is wonderful, views and villages stunning, definitely worth the trip. Moszynski ( Polish living in Paris ) … June’15
It felt like home immediately. We always wanted to come to Kerry and your property was the best we could find on the internet. Don’t change anything, leave it as it is.

We all had a lovely week in your beautiful house, it is so peaceful and quiet and so homely, and set on beautiful grounds. We have lovely memories of our stay in Beenbane Lodge and Waterville. Keep up the high standard and we will let our friends know about Beenbane Lodge, should they wish to come to Waterville.
Great location and views across to the mountains and lake. Peaceful and quiet within easy access of the coast, the Kerry Way and local amenities in Waterville. Large garden gave the children a lot of scope to entertain themselves. House very well presented and Marion made things easy for us on arrival and was a mine of information about the area. The Butlers Arms and Dooley’s both serve great food.

Who would have thought we would have got a whole week of sunshine in April – not a drop of rain ! Plenty of fresh air with lots of golf and walks. House in brilliant with every creature comfort + such a large cooker, though so many good places to eat out we hardly used it !
We envy your beautiful house in one of the most stunning parts of God’s own country. As expected we wallowed in the “four seasons in a day” syndrome.
We are short of words to express our great joy about the two excellent weeks in Beenbane Lodge. We loved the sea, the hills, the lake, the blue and green, the swallows, the cattle and the rabbit, that scampered through the garden from time to time …and the house is simply wonderful, with the sunroom as our highlight. And we accepted the Irish weather especially as we had the chance to experience the Irish summer 2011 which took place on Sunday the 19th of June !. Thank you and good bye ..Michael S
