Great to get real cotton linen / sheets, very unusual and appreciated. We had a great time, thanks.
Just a note to thank you for the use of your house. It was so good to have that space and luxury to go back to. Regardless of that (….. poor fishing conditions ) however, we had a wonderful break and I have little doubt that I will be in contact early next year to organise a return visit.

Hi Garry, Just a quick note to thank you for letting us use your lovely house again. We are beginning to think of it as our home from home! The fishing on the Lough was fairly challenging with such variable weather but I enjoyed it even so. I have no doubt that I will be in touch with you early in the New Year to organise next years trip. Regards, David
The most beautiful accommodation in every way. The perfect home. All set in the most stunning surroundings. Even though it rained much of the time, the jewels of Ireland still shone brightly. Don’t want to go home, could stay for ever. Thank you.

We all had a lovely week in your beautiful house, it is so peaceful and quiet and so homely, and set on beautiful grounds. We have lovely memories of our stay in Beenbane Lodge and Waterville. Keep up the high standard and we will let our friends know about Beenbane Lodge, should they wish to come to Waterville.
From start to finish we received excellent hospitality and care from Gearoid and his team. The accommodation suited our families needs in every respect to provide excellent facilities including in house entertainment etc.. for the odd day of rain, which was very limited during our stay. The property has fabulous rooms all with natural light flooding in and magnificent grounds. Its situation is ideal in order to provide a great hide-away, yet very close to the local town for a nice brisk walk. The local restaurants many detailed within the welcome pack at the house were simply 1st class, I would even go as far as to say try the local pop-in cake/snack ‘Beach Cove’ in Waterville for a fabulous breakfast or afternoon tea. The bedrooms all en-suite were magnificent and spacious with more than adequate storage, the kitchen and and dining area was more than large enough for our needs. Normally in my reviews I would also comment on anything negative experienced, but there are none – all in all, we loved it………

Great location and views across to the mountains and lake. Peaceful and quiet within easy access of the coast, the Kerry Way and local amenities in Waterville. Large garden gave the children a lot of scope to entertain themselves. House very well presented and Marion made things easy for us on arrival and was a mine of information about the area. The Butlers Arms and Dooley’s both serve great food.

We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather, however if you are not so lucky, the house is geared up to cope. There are books, DVDs etc that you could curl up on a comfy chair and enjoy the break. The scenery in Kerry is amazing, definitely would recommend Beebane as a base.
Hi Gary, Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed staying at Beenbane Lodge the last two weeks. We really did experience a great variety that Kerry has to offer from kissing the Blarney stone to the Seafari where we had dolphins swimming off the boat in the Kenmare river. My son Alex enjoyed every waking moment, he even christened one of the cows Ben! The memories will live long for us all, thanks again to you and Mary for all that you did to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. You never know we may one day return to enjoy the craik in the Lobster pub, the great Irish hospitality and the breathtaking scenery and beaches. Best wishes and success with the house, we think you’ve furnished it wonderfully. Cheers from all in the Williams party, Pete.
Lovely week, great house and fantastic surroundings. We’ve had to force the children to come out each day – they were so keen to stay playing in the garden. Very lucky with the weather, had great days out walking the Kerry Way at Derrynane, body boarding at the beach in St Finian’s Bay, Rock pooling and canoeing in Ballinskelligs.
