proceed by taking the road marked

Go exactly 800 Metres and take the turn to the right,
( opposite row of terraced cottages )
down a small road, leading towards the lake.
Then take the first turn left after that ............ you will enter a 100m long tree lined entrance to my house on it's own private grounds.
