Daily rates for > 7 days ( min stay )….for summer season 2022
Weekly rates for > 7 days +
Major Bank Holiday Weekends, the rate is for the week.
Peak Season bookings from Saturday to Saturday ( preferable )
Final cleaning supplement € 120
Security Deposit € 300 …( refundable )
All bed linen ( cotton ) and towels supplied
Utilities consumed will be charged at cost, ( electricity, oil )

Cancellation Policy
Canceled bookings will not receive a refund.
( above necessary due to the short window for summer holiday bookings which is usually 8-10 weeks per year)
